We have in store for our clients quality range of plate leveling machines that work with great accuracy and are highly reliable. Extremely efficient, each levelling roll of the machine is supported by several backup rolls, depending on span, to avoid deflection. This results in small diameter of the rolls, increased range of operation with best results. Machines are fabricated machine-body with the driving gears and roll system. The rigid Body housings are made from welded steel plate construction, which is resistant to torsion even under peak loads in continuous service.

Roll System

The roll system comprises several main rolls with backup rolls providing minimum possible deflection of the whole assembly
The auxiliary rolls, one arranged at the entry side and the other at the exit side in the top part of the machine body, can be vertically adjusted under load independent of each other

Drive

Machines can also be built with hydraulic drive as per the requirement
A reversible induction motor affects the main drive
The transmission to gears is through a heavy coupling
All high speed shafts including the spur gears are mounted in anti-friction bearings
The upper roll system is brought into working position through reversible induction motors

Operation

The machine can be operated and supervised with straightening process closely monitored from a control desk containing all controls
The distance between the upper edge of the lower roll and the lower edge of the upper roll is indicated on the dials mounted at the non-driving side of the machine
The squirrel cage reversing motors similarly mounted on the drive side of the machine effect the adjustment of the two auxiliary rolls
The degree of adjustment is indicated on two dials at the feed side of the machine
The adjusting ranges of the upper roll system and of the auxiliary rolls are limited by limit switches

Maintenance

The machine requires little maintenance
The lubrication points which are not connected to the oil circulating lubrication system of the main drive or to the oil plunge lubrication for the adjusting gears of the upper roll system are supplied by an automatic central force feed lubrication system
Bearings are provided with oil seals for extended re-lubrication intervals
All machine elements require occasional cleaning or readjust are easily accessible

Capacity: These machines are available for plate levelling from 6 mm to 60 mm sizes in spans of 1500 mm upwards
